If your abstract is accepted for presentation, you must:
- submit a final paper or poster in PDF format consistent with the NESUG Presenter Guidelines (updated version coming soon) on or before July 8, 2013.
- submit your Permission To Publish form (signed by all authors) on or before July 8.
- have the presenter registered to attend the conference on or before the early registration deadline of July 23, 2013.
- submit a final presentation or poster display in accordance with the deadlines set for your section (dates will vary by section).
- have the presenter attend the conference from September 8-11, 2013.
Otherwise, NESUG reserves the right to cancel the conference presentation and remove the presentation from the Proceedings.
