Whether or not you must submit a draft and/or final version of your presentation in advance of the conference is at the discretion of your section chair. For example, because of the very tight scheduling at the conference, Coders' Corner typically requires a final presentation be uploaded about a week before the conference. Contact your Section Chairs for details specific to your section. Here is a sample Power Point template that can be used.

Paper Guidelines

NESUG does not publish a printed or CD version of the Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be loaded on the NESUG website. In order to create a professional product, it is important that the papers are prepared in a consistent fashion.

Please refer to the NESUG Presenter Guidelines document for detailed information. Within this document are links to the Permission to Publish form and examples that will assist you in preparing your submission.
