Below is some basic information and standard guideline materials to
help you as you create your Paper and prepare your Presentation or Poster. The
purpose of the Guidelines is to aid individuals as they prepare a finished
professional product and their presentation. The section links below provide helpful information:

(4) have the paper presenter (identified in submitted abstract) registered on or before the early registration deadline of July 22, 2011.
Otherwise, NESUG reserves the right to cancel the conference presentation and remove the paper from the Proceedings.

Whether or not you must
submit a draft and/or final version of your presentation in advance
of the conference is at the discretion of your section chair. For
example, because of the very tight scheduling at the conference, Coders'
Corner typically requires a final presentation be uploaded about a week before the conference. Contact your Section Chairs
for details specific to your section. Here is a sample Power Point template that can be used.

Hands-on Workshops ONLY:
All presenter files, program code, software requests due.
NESUG does not publish a printed or CD version of the Conference Proceedings. The proceedings will be loaded on the NESUG website. In order to create a professional product, it is important that the papers are prepared in a consistent fashion.
