Student Scholarship Program
Applications Now Closed The NorthEast SAS Users Group (NESUG) Conference is an educational event that encourages knowledge sharing among SAS users in the northeastern United States. This year, NESUG and SAS plan to award conference registration scholarships to selected students who are using SAS in their coursework or research. NESUG recognizes and values the unique insight and perspective that can only be offered by institutions of higher learning. We hope that you will consider supplementing your scholarship application with a written paper that describes your experience with SAS, whether it be a technical tip that helped you organize or analyze your data, how you used SAS to run your analyses and answer a research problem, or any other use of SAS. If you’re interested in this opportunity to improve your public speaking and professional writing as well as adding a publication to your resume, then submit an abstract of 50 – 250 words and submit it using the Call for Papers application. The deadline for submitting an abstract is April 30, 2010. The scholarship application deadline is May 15, 2010. Decisions for both scholarship acceptance and abstract acceptance will be communicated by May 30, 2010. Scholarship winners will enjoy:
