Online Registration closed November 2.  You may register on-site starting 8 am, November 11.

Discounted Registration is available only through September 21. To qualify for a group discount, one person must register ALL members of the group in one registration. All members of the group must be employees at the same company. Attendees qualifying for more than one discount (e.g. a presenter and part of a group) must choose only one discount. There is a $25 processing fee for a group mail-in registration.
Academic $300 +$25. $550

Discounted Registration is available only through September 21. Registrants must be full-time student, faculty or staff members at a degree granting institution. Registrants must have an edu email address and may need to show affiliation ID at conference check-in. NO GROUP DISCOUNTS are available for Academic registrants.

Guest Fee - per guest (maximum two guests) $50 $50 $50

Guests must be invited by a registered attendee. The $50 Guest fee covers:

  • Opening Session (Sunday evening)
  • SAS Reception at the National Aquarium (Monday evening)
  • The Attendee Party (Tuesday evening)
  • Continental breakfasts (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning)
  • Mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks

The Guest Fee does not allow the guest to visit the NESUG Demo Area, nor can the guest attend conference presentations or workshops.

Seats for the Hands-on Workshops will be allocated on a first-come, first-seated basis.
Pre-Conference Training
Pre-Conference Training opportunities will be available on Friday November 9 and Saturday November 10. See the Pre-Conference Training page for topics and fees.

Save by registering online
Save $25 by registering through the NESUG 2007 Conference Website, beginning June 11. Conference Presenters use online registration and pay by credit card by the Early Registration deadline to qualify for the discounted Presenter's rate. The process is quick, easy to use, and secure, and we encourage all attendees to register online.

Mail-In Registrations
Mail-in registrations are subject to a $25 processing fee. The registration form will be included in the Registration Book, and is also available here. Mail-in registrations must be accompanied by check or credit card payment. Mail registrations by November 2 to:

Update an Existing Registration
To update an existing registration, follow these steps:

(1) On the initial registration page, select "Existing Registration".

(2) On successive screens type in your registration email address and password.
(3) On the options screen, click the "Make Changes" icon.

(4) On the next screen select to edit either "Personal Information" (e.g. phone number, T-shirt size, volunteer requests), or Agenda/Fees (e.g. guests, Pre-Conference training, Sunday Workshops)

Cancellations
The last day to cancel and receive a full refund (minus the $25 processing fee) is October 19, 2007. If you must cancel, please contact the registration team. After October 19, no refunds will be given. Registrations may be transferred to another individual with approval of the NESUG Registration Team.
