How do I make a general announcement at the conference?
Because the conference is dispersed throughout the hotel's meeting rooms,
the only way to make a general announcement at the conference is by posting
it on the message board. The message board is always located in a central
area of the hotel, usually close to the registration desk, so it will be readily accessible to all attendees. All attendees
are urged to check this board periodically for both personal messages
as well as general announcements.
